2014年4月2日至4日，由國際整合衛生服務基金會（International Foundation for Integrated Care, IFIC）舉辦，比利時布魯塞爾自由大學（Vrije Universiteit Brussel）、比利時國家醫療保險體系RIVIZ（Rijksinstituut Voor Ziekte- en Invaliditeitsverzekering）共同承辦的第十四屆國際整合衛生服務峰會（the 14th International Conference of Integrated Care, ICIC）在比利時布魯塞爾國際會議中心成功舉行。來自美國、英國、荷蘭、西班牙、丹麥、加拿大、比利時、新加坡等30多個國家的專家、學者、學術組織、企業代表共計400多人參加本次會議。永利2011級博士研究生孫曉偉同學參加本次峰會，并在大會分會場做主題彙報，另有一篇學術海報參展。此外，孫曉偉同學是出席本次會議的中方唯一代表。
一年一度的國際整合衛生服務峰會是目前國際學術界“整合衛生服務”學術領域中規模最大、影響最深遠、會議規格最高的學術會議。自2001年在荷蘭舉辦首屆峰會以後，先後在法國、西班牙、英國、德國、瑞士、奧地利、芬蘭、丹麥、意大利舉行。本屆會議首次在歐洲的心髒比利時首都布魯塞爾舉辦，主題是“國際整合衛生服務前瞻：人口、政策與實踐”（Taking Integrated Care Forward: People, Policy and Practice），共包括四個部分的主題：整合衛生服務理論及模型、整合衛生服務的國際實踐比較、整合衛生服務的應用與實施、創新與整合衛生服務。
永利博士研究生孫曉偉同學在分會場P3-A“Integrated Care in practice for chronic care”中做了題為“community integrated care for chronically ill patients in rural China: a clustered randomized controlled trial in Chongqing”的彙報，詳細介紹了由導師張亮教授領導的CMB課題組在中國重慶黔江區開展以”縣鄉兩級醫療機構醫療、預防融合“和”新型農村合作醫療支付方式改革“為一體的”整合衛生服務綜合幹預“試驗項目。該項目按照随機對照試驗的原則，基于慢病管理模型（Chronic Care Model, CCM）,綜合”跨專業多學科慢病管理團隊、多機構連續性服務路徑、綜合支付方式改革“為一體的幹預措施。項目自2012年7月開始實施，為期2年，計劃于2014年7月幹預截至。與會專家對中國的整合衛生服務實踐興趣濃厚，踴躍提問并進行了熱烈的讨論。
會議期間，永利孫曉偉博士與IFIC首席執行官Nick Goodwin教授進行了簡短的交流，Nick教授對我國的整合衛生服務實踐十分感興趣，并希望在今年的中國之行中與永利達成合作意向。
會議閉幕式上，IFIC首席執行官Nick教授對本次大會做了精彩的總結，強調整合衛生服務是解決衛生服務斷裂的有效手段，國際學術界也分别從系統、組織和功能角度對其做了界定。然而，其内部的許多運行機制、整合衛生服務的效率和效果等仍然需要更多更深入的研究。
參加學術會議是研究生培養階段的必備環節。近年來，88858cc永利官网的碩博研究生多次參加國際高端學術會議，并在會議上發言甚至獲得大獎，體現了永利研究生具有較高科研能力和學術水平。參加國際學術會議，不僅僅使研究生得到鍛煉，同時也在國際上推廣了永利的學術研究成果，擴大了我校的學術影響力，達到了良好的學習與交流效果。

The International Journal of Integrated Care (IJIC) is an online, open-access, peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes original articles in the field of integrated care on a continuous basis.
Established in 2000, IJIC's mission has been to promote integrated care as a scientific discipline. IJIC's primary purpose has been to examine critically the policy and practice of integrated care and whether and how this has impacted on quality-of-care, user experiences, and cost-effectiveness.
IJIC’S first Official Impact Factor is 1.299 in the 2012 Journal Citations Report。
