The program aims to prepare pre-professional allied students to enter professional studies with social morals and values, contemporary health management knowledge and skills, academic skills and innovative thinking, lifelong learning abilities, and the potential to develop in the health management field.
二、基本規格要求
Ⅱ.Graduate Outcomes
本專業基本知識構架為:以通識教育為鋪墊、以學科基礎課程為基礎、以學科專業基礎課程為支撐、以專業課程為導向。
學生能通過通識教育獲得高素質大學生的基本通識素養;通過學科基礎課程教育掌握專業基礎理論、基本知識和基本技能,通過學科專業基礎課程(含醫學與管理學)教育具備開展科學研究和管理實踐的基本能力,通過專業課程教育具備本專業的綜合素養和競争力。
畢業生應具備以下的态度、知識和技能:
Basic framework for knowledge: the general education is the bedding, the basic courses are the cornerstone, the disciplinary-basic courses are the capstone and the disciplinary courses are the kernel.
Student should obtain basic literacy through the general education, master the basic theories, knowledge and skills in the public health management field through the basic courses, develop the abilities to conduct scientific research and management practice in the disciplinary courses by learning the disciplinary-basic courses (medical and management-related courses), and be equipped with professional competency in the disciplinary courses.
Graduates should acquire the following attitude, knowledge and skills:

Requirements for attitude
1. Establish a scientific outlook on world, life and values, develop a high sense of patriotism and humanism, and be willing to contribute their wisdom and strength to national and global health care development.
2. Establish an idea of medical ethics, respect others and their personalities, and have a good understanding of and be willing to embrace the importance of different humane backgrounds and cultural values to the healthcare related fields.
3. Establish the idea of governing in accordance with the law, and learn how to protect the legitimate rights and interests of stakeholders in compliance with legal norms.

知 識 要 求
掌握基礎醫學、臨床醫學、公共衛生與預防醫學、管理學和社會學的基礎理論和基本知識。
掌握衛生管理學、社會醫學、衛生經濟學、衛生法學及相關學科的基本理論,能夠進行科學研究和實踐管理,并能指導未來的衛生管理工作。
熟悉我國衛生事業發展的基本方針與政策,衛生系統基本狀況、主要特點和發展趨勢,以健康發展觀來指導未來的學習和管理實踐。
了解各門學科的發展前沿,能較好的指導實踐工作。
Requirements for knowledge
Master the basic theories and knowledge of basic medical science, clinical medicine, public health, preventive medicine, management and sociology.
Master the elementary theories of health management, social medicine, health economics, health laws and other related disciplines, have the ability to conduct scientific research and management practice, and be able to guide the health administrative work in the future in compliance with the outlook of healthy development.
Ge familiar with familiar with the basic guidelines and policies for the health development, the status quo, characteristics and develop trends of the healthcare system in China, and so as the knowledge and methods in science, humanity and social sciences. Develop the abilities to use the gained knowledge to guide future studies and management practice.
Understand the frontiers of the related disciplines and guide management practice properly.
技 能 要 求
具備辨證思維與創新能力,能夠對健康相關領域的現象及問題進行批判性評價、并在管理和實踐理念、視角、方法上緻力創新。
具備進行定性和定量數據分析能力,能夠熟練利用文獻檢索和信息管理技術進行醫藥衛生信息收集、整理與分析,并熟練使用衛生統計方法和統計軟件。
具有較強的衛生管理專業交流和閱讀能力,熟練掌握至少一門外語。
具有科技寫作和公文寫作相關技能,能夠規範地撰寫健康相關領域科技文章、并熟練處理衛生行業的日常公文。
具有基本的管理技能,能夠運用團隊協調、溝通交流、合理表達來實現健康相關領域的職業管理,并能具有熟練處理辦公室日常工作和使用多媒體展示技能,能掌握操作常用的辦公設備和辦公軟件。
Requirements for skills
Have the abilities to think critically and creatively, make critical evaluation regarding the issues in the healthcare-related fields, and therefore, to innovate the idea, perspective and methods in the management practice.
Have the abilities to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, to collect, summarize and analyze healthcare information underpinned by proficient literacy searching and information management skills.
Have advanced abilities to communicate and read literature in the health management field, and proficiently master at least one foreign language.
Have advanced skills to write scientific and administrative documents with high standards, and be able to write standard scientific documents and handle administrative documents in the healthcare industry properly.
Have the essential managerial skills to fulfill management functions in the healthcare-related fields through team coordination, communication and expression, and master the commonly used operation of office equipment and office software application, and be proficient in dealing with the office routine work and multimedia presentation.

通過系統的培養,使學生掌握紮實的醫學與衛生管理專業知識與技能、獲得較高的科學研究素養、具備較強的批判思維和終身學習能力,并具有進入國内外高水平大學、科研院所繼續深造的能力。
通過醫管交叉、理論聯系實踐的培養模式,使學生具備發現問題、分析問題、解決問題的能力,并能夠勝任衛生行政機構、醫療衛生機構、醫藥企業等衛生組織管理實踐崗位的工作。
Incorporate knowledge in the modern management with that in medicine and health management, pose great emphasis on inter-disciplinary comprehensive quality, and pay specific attention to analytical and practical skills, and the sense of social responsibility. The core competence of this program is the medical background, skills in scientific research and comprehensive quality. The program highlights are as follows:
The training system prepares graduates with solid knowledge and skills in the medical and health management fields, advanced skills in scientific research and a relatively high sense of critical thinking and lifelong learning, which enables them the required abilities to pursue a postgraduate degree at top-level universities or institutes either at home or abroad.
The inter-disciplinary training mode integrates theory with practice, which prepares graduates with abilities to detect, analyze and solve problems properly, and therefore, be equipped with competence to meet job requirements in health authorities, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies or other health management related positions.

十、說明
Ⅹ. Directions
各門課程應精選教學内容,改進教學方法,強化基礎理論、基本知識和基本技能的訓練,加強自學能力、實踐能力、外語及計算機應用能力和科學研究能力的培奍,加強早期接觸專業,注重基礎與專業的滲透,加強專業素質教育,加強文科、理科知識,提高心理素質,拓寬學生的專業面和知識面,注重人際交流,增強社會适應性,提高學生的整體素質。
1.教學内容分課内和課外教學,課内教學形式包括大課、小課(讨論課、案例教學等)、實驗課、見習、實習等:課外教學是指學生通過課外自主學習、社會實踐等形式學習教學大綱要求的教學内容(不包括學生複習)。
2.人文素質教育的培養融專業教育于一體,充分利用綜合性大學的優勢,以人文課程為主體、校園文化為氛圍、人文素質教育基地為依托、學生文化社團為活力,加強學生人文素質教育和課程思政,明确所有課程的育人要素和責任,做到門門課程有思政,教師人人講育人;軍事教育:在集中軍訓期間,安排36學時的軍事理論。
3.外語教學:公共外語采用分級教學。各門課程應安排10%的學時進行專業外語教學,平均每學時應至少介紹和反複應用10個常用專業外語詞彙。
4.科研能力訓練:科研能力訓練貫穿在各個教學環節,在第1—6學期教學階段,學有餘力的學生可參加課外科研活動;結合假期社會實踐,進行科研訓練。
5.按選修課的有關規定,選課可跨學校、跨院系、跨專業、跨學年或跨學期選課。
6. 實習:第八學期安排畢業實習,學生在第七學期末,做畢業實習的準備工作。
7. 選修課程的開設是為了加強學生個性培養,拓寬知識面,學生根據自己的興趣、愛好、學習進程自由選擇,除體育選修課程外,其他群類的劃分和建議選修課程僅供學生選課時的參考。
8.課外學分除學生應完成的項目外,前7學期尚未修滿者,第8學期可用選修課學分替換。
Every course should carefully select and renew teaching content and improve teaching methods; strengthen the training of basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills; enhance the cultivation of self-study ability, practice ability, foreign language and computer application ability, and preliminary ability in scientific research; pay attention to an early contact with profession, the infiltration between basis and profession and the professional quality education, lay stress on the imparting of knowledge of liberal arts and science, improve psychological quality, broaden students’ range of specialty and knowledge; pay attention to interpersonal communication, promote social adaptation abd overall quality.
1. Teaching content is passed on both in class and outside class. Forms of in-class teaching consist of big class, small class (discussion, case analysis, etc.), experiments, extern, intern and so on; outside-class teaching indicates that students learn the teaching content of the syllabus by way of automatic study outside class, social practice and other forms (not including students’ regular reviewing of their lessons).
2. The cultivation of humanities quality education integrates professional education, makes full use of the advantages of comprehensive universities, takes humanities courses as the main body, campus culture as the atmosphere, humanities quality education base as the support, student cultural associations as vitality, and strengthens student humanities quality and professionalism education, clarify the elements and responsibilities of educators in all courses, so that all courses contain humanities quality and professionalism education, and which are everyone taught. In the period of military training, there should be 36 hours for military theory teaching.
3. Foreign language teaching: General foreign language adopts the system of grade teaching. Specialized foreign language teaching offers at least 10% of the class hour of foreign language studying for every courses. At least 10 common specialized foreign vocabularies should be introduced and used repeatedly within every class hours.
4. Research ability training: Ability training for scientific research should be carried out through all links in the teaching process. In the 1st-6th semesters, students studying with remaining strength are encouraged to take part in research activities outside class. In conjunction with holiday social practice, training in research work can be carried out.
5. According to the regulations concerned about course selection, courses can be selected in a way of interschool, intercollege, interspecialty, cross-academic year or cross-semester.
6. Practice: Pre-graduation practice is arranged in 8th semester. Students prepare for pre-graduation practice by the end of 7th semester.
7. The purpose of offering elective courses is to strengthen students’ individual character development and broaden their range of knowledge. Students can select any of them according to their interests, needs or course schedule. Except for Physical Education, other classes of course and recommended elective courses are just used as reference for students to select the course.
8. Outside-class credits: If students have completed the fixed items (6 or 7 credits) but haven’t completed all the rest up to the 7th semester, the missing credits can be made up by those of elective course in the 8th semester.
