Ⅰ.Program Objectives
培養具有良好的綜合素質,能夠适應我國現代信息管理的醫藥信息管理專門人才,以确保其畢業後從事醫藥信息管理、信息分析、信息服務研究和實務工作,保證他們有适當的基礎能夠進行終身學習和在醫藥信息學科領域進一步深造。
This program aims at cultivating the specialized personnel of good comprehensive quality in the medical information management who can adapt to the needs of the modern information management in our country. This kind of quality guarantees that they, after graduation, will be able to be engaged in medical information management, information service, information analysis and research, hospital database management, etc. and guarantees that they have the proper foundation to carry on lifelong learning and advanced studies in medical information management.
二、基本規格要求
Ⅱ.Graduate Outcomes
本專業基本知識構架為:以通識教育為鋪墊、以學科基礎課程為基礎、以學科專業基礎課程為支撐、以專業課程為導向。
本專業學生應掌握醫學基礎理論、基本知識;掌握信息管理與信息技術的基礎理論、基本知識、基本技能;具有利用現代信息技術進行信息收集、加工、處理、分析研究和開發的能力。
畢業生應獲得以下的态度、知識和技能:
Basic framework for knowledge: the general education is the bedding, the basic courses are the cornerstone, the disciplinary-basic courses are the capstone and the disciplinary courses are the kernel.
Students majoring in this specialty should master the basic theory and knowledge in clinical medicine and the basic theories, knowledge, and skills in information management and information technology; the students should also have the ability in collecting, disposing, processing, analyzing and developing information by using the modern information technology.
Graduates should acquire the following attitude, knowledge and skills:

Attitude Requirements

2. 能理解醫學文本,掌握各種醫學術語。

4. 具備計算機操作能力,有較強的編程能力,能進行數據庫開發、維護和管理。
5. 初步具備信息系統分析、設計、實施、支持和維護的能力。
6. 掌握信息采集、組織、檢索和分析的方法,具備健康檔案管理和信息服務的能力。
7. 掌握各類衛生信息系統的結構和功能,初步具備采購、部署、運行和維護的能力。
8. 具備同信息活動相關的溝通、組織、計劃、協調、決策等管理技能,有一定的領導能力。
9. 具有良好的批判性思維能力水平。
Skill Requirements

2. Be able to understand medical text, and master a variety of medical terminology.
3. Be familiar with the health system environment, to understand the clinical care and public health service link, flow and the corresponding specification.
4. Have the ability in computer skill, strong programming ability, can carry on the database development, maintenance and management.
5. Have the preliminary ability of information system analysis, design, implementation, support and maintenance.
6. Grasp the methods of information collection, organization, retrieval and analysis, and the ability of health archives management and information service.
7. Grasp the structure and the function of various health information system, and have the preliminary ability of procurement, deployment, operation and maintenance.
8. Have the ability in related with information communication, organization, planning activities, coordination, decision-making management skill, have certain leadership ability.
9. Have a good level of critical thinking ability.

Ⅲ. Program Highlights
以醫藥衛生系統為對象,以信息管理為主線,研究信息管理問題,探索信息管理規律。在保持醫學專業知識背景的前提下,突出網絡信息資源管理、現代信息技術在醫療衛生機構和圖書情報部門的應用。注重培養學生的批判性思維能力、自主學習能力和社會責任感。
With medical and health system as the serving objects and information management as the master line, do research on the problems of information management and explore the laws of information management. On the premise of retaining medical knowledge background, put stress on the management of network information resources and the application of modern information technology in medical and health institutions, library and information departments. The attention should be paid to fostering students' critical thinking ability, independent learning capability and the sense of responsibility for the society.

十、說明
Ⅹ. Directions
各門課程應精選教學内容,改進教學方法,強化基礎理論、基本知識和基本技能的訓練,加強批判性思維能力、自學能力、實踐能力、外語及計算機應用能力和科學研究能力的培奍,加強早期接觸專業,注重基礎與專業的滲透,加強專業素質教育,加強文科、理科知識,提高心理素質,拓寬學生的專業面和知識面,注重人際交流,增強社會适應性,提高學生的整體素質。
1.教學内容分課内和課外教學,課内教學形式包括大課、小課(讨論課、案例教學等)、實驗課、見習、實習等:課外教學是指學生通過課外自主學習、社會實踐等形式學習教學大綱要求的教學内容(不包括學生複習)。
2.人文素質教育的培養融專業教育于一體,充分利用綜合性大學的優勢,以人文課程為主體、校園文化為氛圍、人文素質教育基地為依托、學生文化社團為活力,加強學生人文素質教育和課程思政,明确所有課程的育人要素和責任,做到門門課程有思政,教師人人講育人;軍事教育:在集中軍訓期間,安排36學時的軍事理論。
3.外語教學:公共外語采用分級教學。各門課程應安排10%的學時進行專業外語教學,平均每學時應至少介紹和反複應用10個常用專業外語詞彙。
4.科研能力訓練:科研能力訓練貫穿在各個教學環節,在第1—6學期教學階段,學有餘力的學生可參加課外科研活動;結合假期社會實踐,進行科研訓練。
5.按選修課的有關規定,選課可跨學校、跨院系、跨專業、跨學年或跨學期選課。
6. 實習:第八學期安排畢業實習,學生在第七學期末,做畢業實習的準備工作。
7. 選修課程的開設是為了加強學生個性培養,拓寬知識面,學生根據自己的興趣、愛好、學習進程自由選擇,除體育選修課程外,其他群類的劃分和建議選修課程僅供學生選課時的參考。
8.課外學分除學生應完成的項目外,前7學期尚未修滿者,第8學期可用選修課學分替換。
Every course should carefully select and renew teaching content and improve teaching methods; strengthen the training of basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills; enhance the cultivation of critical thinking ability,self-study ability, practice ability, foreign language and computer application ability, and preliminary ability in scientific research; pay attention to an early contact with pharmacy, the infiltration between basis and profession and the professional quality education, lay stress on the imparting of knowledge of liberal arts and science, broaden students’ range of specialty and knowledge; improve psychological quality and medical ethics; pay attention to interpersonal communication and promote social adaptation.
1. Teaching content is passed on both in class and outside class. Forms of in-class teaching consist of big class, small class (discussion, case analysis, etc.), experiments, extern, intern and so on; outside-class teaching indicates that students learn the teaching content of the syllabus by way of automatic study outside class, social practice and other forms (not including students’ regular reviewing of their lessons).
2. The cultivation of humanities quality education integrates professional education, makes full use of the advantages of comprehensive universities, takes humanities courses as the main body, campus culture as the atmosphere, humanities quality education base as the support, student cultural associations as vitality, and strengthens student humanities quality and professionalism education, clarify the elements and responsibilities of educators in all courses, so that all courses contains humanities quality and professionalism education, and which are everyone taught. In the period of military training, there should be 36 hours for military theory teaching.
3. Foreign language teaching: General foreign language adopts the system of grade teaching and requires that every student must pass the National College English Test Band Four. Specialized foreign language teaching offers at least 10% of the class hour of foreign language studying for every courses. At least 10 common specialized foreign vocabularies should be introduced and used repeatedly within every class hours.
4. Research ability training: Ability training for scientific research should be carried out through all links in the teaching process. In the 1rd-6th semesters, students studying with remaining strength are encouraged to take part in research activities outside class. In conjunction with holiday social practice, training in research work can be carried out.
5. According to the regulations concerned about course selection, courses can be selected in a way of interschool, intercollege, interspecialty, cross-academic year or cross-semester.
6. Practice: Pre-graduation practice is arranged in 8th semester. Students prepare for pre-graduation practice by the end of 7th semester.
7. The purpose of offering elective courses is to strengthen the students’ individual character development and broaden their range of knowledge. Students can select any of them according to their interest, need and course schedule. And finish the selective corresponding credits that required for every course. Except for Physical Education, other classes of course and recommended elective courses are just used as reference for students to select the course.
8. Outside-class credits: If students have finished the fixed items (6 or 7 credits) but haven’t completed all the rest up to the 7th semester, the missing credits can be made up by those of elective course in the 8th semester.
